A couple weeks ago, I made these "Un-fried French Fries" using a recipe from the blog "Confessions of a Bake-aholic."
Since I was only making the fries for 2, and I had some red potatoes on hand. I used 3 red potatoes instead of 5 large baking potatoes. I also only used one egg white and about a 1/2 tbsp of Emeril's creole seasoning, since I didn't have any Cajun seasoning in my pantry. Despite these modifications, the fries were delicious. I served them along side some burgers, and will definitely be making these again. I may even try some other seasoning blends as this recipe seems to be quite adaptable.
